| Slow cooker red curry coconut curry beef: roast chuck cooked for 3 hours in a thai red curry coconut milk. The sauce was delicious, but I think chicken or prawns would have worked better. |

Polenta, ragù di funghi, schifezze fritte... Actually your week in the kitchen has been very light... Anyway, the "polenta con funghi" looks really great!

How is it you don't weigh 300 lbs? My gosh, if I cooked and ate all that yummy food I'd be a beast.
