Recipes

This is a food blog, NOT a recipe blog: most of my posts are about my discovery of American  food, its history, general issues surrounding food, and especially about my food experience as a Tuscan Foodie here in America. There are hundreds of recipe blogs out there, so if you are looking for a recipe blog, I guess you will have to go somewhere else. Having said that, I will post some recipes now and then, especially my attempts at American classics, or twists on Italian and/or Belgian classics: for each of these recipes I will explain its history and how I came about the recipe. If you try any of these, just let me know how they come out!
